🌟 3rd Annual Overdose Awareness Event – Stockton, CA 🌟
This past weekend, our community came together in strength, compassion, and solidarity for our 3rd Annual Overdose Awareness Event. 💜
We were honored to hear from powerful guest speakers who spoke about the challenges and stigmas surrounding addiction, recovery, and healing. Their words reminded us of the importance of breaking down barriers and lifting each other up.
Alongside these inspiring messages, our community shared a day filled with culture, connection, and care:
✨ Delicious fry bread and Indian tacos
✨ Refreshing snow cones for all ages
✨ Narcan trainings that gave community members life-saving tools
✨ Amazing organizations offering free resources to support individuals and families
The theme that carried through every message and every activity was clear: the power of community. Together, we are stronger, braver, and more hopeful.
